Rex Gilbert

Rex has been playing for two seasons and started with soft tips on the small dart board, progressing to the actual board with huge levels of support needed and reassurance. Rex is on the pathway for autism and adhd, can be bouncy, fidgety and often distracting others. However over this last two seasons we have seen Rex promoted from contenders league to masters league and doing well within this to stay in this position. The dedication, adaptation that the team has put in to this academy volunteering hours both at thee academy and at home also planning and preparing, setting up and putting away, sorting leagues, uniforms, and everything else that comes with a very very well organised voluntary darts academy.

We are very proud parents that Rex gets this opportunity and that he has been able to chanel his energies into something he enjoys and feels very passionate about developing further.

Thankyou thankyou thankyou to such an amazing team.

Rex is the youngest mascots and academy member and he sure does have his own character to bring to this academy. This is being nurtured and again they are amazing at individual needs being met.
